One Tampa City Center:

Bentzel Mechanical removed (4) wooden cooling towers with 3000 tons of capacity and replaced with (4) new steel cooling towers with 3600 tons of capacity all while still maintaining building air conditioning. This was done using a Sikorsky S61 Helicopter.
