John Ringling Home Ca' d'Zan: John Ringling's Home Ca' d'Zan where BMI did a complete renovation of the chilled water system, including new air handlers and piping. Plumbing was also upgraded.

USF Athletic Facility: BMI collaborated as part of a design-build team with a local construction manager to install the HVAC systems, which included new chilled water piping and air handling units for this new state of the art sports facility.
