Frenchmans Reef and Marriott Morningstar Beach Resort: Having recently completed a $48 million dollar renovation and restoration, the Frenchman's Reef & Morning Star Beach Resort welcomes guests to a brand new US Virgin Island hotel experience. BMI did a complete renovation of the central energy plant.

Embassy Suites Hotel USF: BMI replaced (1) 800 ton cooling tower, fabricated and installed a new tower support structure and installed a new variable frequency drive.

Marriott Hotel Tampa Airport: BMI renovated the hotel's central energy plant including chillers, pumps, wall removal and replacement, refrigerant removal systems and building management systems.
